HOW: issues are discussed in circles according to INSOCIUM circle rules, moderated by INSOCIUM professionals.

HOW MANY: several rounds of 10 participants (group representatives are mixed together); 1 session – up to 3 questions.

DURATION: 90 – 180 min.:

20 min: presentation of rules; 
15 min: test warm-up circle (with corrections)
45 – 120 min: 3 circles – 3 questions (1 circle – 15 min)
20 min: general reflection

RESULT: opinions of all groups were heard and a common point of agreement was reached at that moment.
