TO WHOM: For all, who seek a unifying solution to a problem / conflict – friends, families, neighbors, colleagues, partners, authorities, etc.

HOW: by expressing different opinions in a circle according to the special rules of the unifying circle, moderated by an INSOCIUM specialist.

HOW MANY: up to 10 people in charge of problem solving are involved. Only 1 problem is solved in 1 session.

DURATION: 90 – 180 min.:

20 min: presentation of rules,
15 min: 1 training circle,
30 – 120 min: desicion circles,
20 min: reflection

THE RESULT: the consensus point is a possible solution to the problem at this stage. After understanding and testing the essence of the method, you will be able to continue to practice this solution on your own.
