The terms “unity, unification” have been known and valued since ancient times, because various “unions” – a united sports team, military squad, work team, family, nation, community, etc. – have always been stronger. The history of different nations, folklore, our own experience testifies: those who are able to unite for one purpose or another usually win.


It seems that in our time, unification skills and competencies are needed not only to achieve individual goals, but are a condition for survival. We live in times of supreme individualism / egocentrism, when everyone is unique, different and right! In addition, we can and we all want to prove it, so we are grouping, arguing and fighting, thus increasing isolation and opposition.

We believe that progress is only possible in unity and coherence. How to naturally hear, feel, understand the other and the different? How to agree? How to work together?

INSOCIUM represents a simple, practical and universal methodology for harmonious interaction for those who have already understood that resistance is always a thing of the past.
